About Our Suites

At Flatiron Flats, we offer four beautifully-appointed suites in the heart of historic downtown Eureka Springs. Located in Eureka Springs' iconic Flatiron Building, each room sleeps two guests and features a luxury two-person jetted tub, and a private balcony overlooking Spring Street, with it's Victorian architecture and eclectic collection of shops, galleries, and restaurants. And, of course, all guests at Flatiron Flats receives on-site VIP parking, and complimentary in-room WiFi. 

About the Flatiron Building

The Flatiron Building is one of the most photographed buildings in Eureka Springs and often serves as an iconic symbol for the City. The original building was built in 1880 and was destroyed by fire in 1890. Shortly after, a new building was erected and also was destroyed by fire. The current building was built in 1987, constructed entirely of concrete and is home to the Quilt Shop, Wilson and Wilson Fine Arts and the Daily Roast, our most favorite coffee shop in town. You will surely enjoy staying in this unique building and love the location!

Really nice! You get to stay in a really iconic building in the heart of downtown, there is a balcony you can walk out on with great views, a huge jet tub that overlooks the town, a complimentary fruit and snack basket in the fridge. Everything was great.

Located in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, Eureka Springs and the surrounding areas are an outdoorsman's paradise. With three lakes and a couple of rivers nearby, you can enjoy various watersports, including boating, swimming and fishing. Nearby state and local parks have all the trails you need for hiking and mountain biking adventures. And, don't forget the excellent public and private golf courses around Eureka Springs.
